| Open Day Campaign 2 | We ran the second Open Day campaign for the first ever Saturday event this month across Facebook and Instagram. Through Facebook directly (i.e following the process through from clicking on the advert to registering) we generated 39 direct registrations. In total 91 people registered for the event. | |
| Find & Fund Campaign | Much of our work throughout early November has been activating the first B2B campaign. Following initial results we made the change to focus on the SME market as the data suggested we were going to broad with our targeting. The decision here is based on the success of the LNL campaign that focused on the £1million fund for SMEs. We have seen some immediate successes with 2 leads for OAS and 7 leads for MTC. One of these leads has confirmed 3 placements. | View |
| Filming | We spent a day onsite in December filming for the OAS promo video and social videos. Also, following the launch event, we edited the final video that has been shared across the website and social media. | View |
| OAS Launch Release | We wrote the press release for the launch event and this is now live on the OAS website. It was not sent out due to time taken to sign off. | View |
| Newsletter | We are in the process of creating the Winter 19/20 newsletter. Tom E is just waiting to speak to SST Technology for the Meet the Employer article and then this will go for sign off. | |
| Website | We have completed a number of tasks on the website to streamline content and simplify the navigation. Tasks included streamlining the main menu, improving the formatting of pages such as the Apprentices page, full imagery refresh and new application form. We have also updated / added a number of stories to the website. | |
| OAS Building Signage | We have also managed the final stages of the signage project at the OAS building including the apprentice noticeboard and final images. | |
| MTC Training @ OAS Flyer | We created a flyer to advertise the MTC Training courses being run out of the OAS Training Centre. This was signed off and given to Colin to promote to all contacts. We also created a HTML to be sent out. | View |
| New Website Meeting | We are in the process of organising a meeting to scope out the new website for OAS. Current proposed date is 16th Jan. | |
| Business & Innovation Magazine Banner | As requested by Richard we created a banner ad for Business & Innovation magazine to go in the NAW issue. | View |
